المهمشون في الأندلس من واقع کتب النوازل (المعيار للونشريسي أنموذجًا)

تعتبر کتب النوازل من أهم وأخطر المصادر التي تسد کثيرا من ثغرات التاريخ، وتفتح آفاقًا جديدة أمام الباحثين لمعالجة قضايا جديدة لما تحويه من معلومات ضافية ربما لا يوجد لها ذکر في المصادر التقليدية المشهورة.
والنازلة: هي الشديدة من شدائد الدهر تنزل بالقوم. واصطلاحًا: الواقعات والمسائل المستجدة التي تنزل بالعالم الفقيه؛ فيستخرج لها حکمًا شرعيًا، ومن الواضح: أن هذه التسمية مشتقة من المعنى اللغوي، حيث إن النازلة عندما تنزل بالناس - سواء أکانت دينية، أم سياسية، أم اقتصادية، أم اجتماعية - تُحدث في نفوسهم شيئًا من الخوف والقلق؛ فيهرعون إلى الفقهاء لاستجلاء آرائهم، والاستهداء بأقوالهم، فإذا أفتى الفقيه وأصدر الحکم الشرعي؛ فإن النفوس تهدأ وتلزم تلک الفتاوى.  
وتهدف هذه الورقة البحثية إلى تسليط الضوء على ما حوته کتب النوازل من معلومات مهمة وضافية عن المهمشين بشتى أصنافهم. فضلا عن إبراز دور العلوم البينية المختلفة في تدوين التاريخ، ومن جملتها الفقه، الأساس الذي تقوم عليه الفتوى أو النازلة. ومن ثم يمکننا القول بأن النوازل من أهم مصادر تاريخ المهمشين. 
Abstract:                                                                                           
       The books of al-Nawazil are the most important historical sources to fill many of data gabs. Also, they open new horizons for researchers to address new issues; because of the additional information that Nawazel contain, that data perhaps not mentioned in the well-known traditional sources.
       The Naazila definition is the most severe incidents, that descends upon the people, idiomatically. For example, New incidents and issues that descend upon the juristic. Then he extracts a legal ruling for her. It is clear: that this designation is derived from the linguistic meaning, whereas, When Naazila falls on people, It causes a sense of fear and anxiety. So, people hurry to the jurists to clarify their opinions, and to seek guidance from their statements. When the jurist issued a fatwa, which is the legal ruling; the souls calm down and abide by those fatwas.
       This paper aims to shed lights on Al-Nawazil, which contain important information about the marginalized people of all social classes. As well as highlighting the role of the various inter-disciplines in recording history, including jurisprudence -the basis on which the fatwa based on-. Hence, we can say that Nawazwl are one of the most important sources for the history of the marginalized people.
